Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development & Marketing Executive to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and promote our products to international buyers. This role is hybrid: you will work partly from home on outreach and marketing, and partly in the field to build supplier relationships and generate leads from local markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to expand international sales.
Visit wholesale markets and vendors to build strong local supply networks.
Generate and qualify leads for potential buyers abroad.
Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and trade partners.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
Support management in contract negotiations and trade fairs.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome).
Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with both desk work and field visits.
