Job Description:

Genex Infosys PLC. is immediately seeking dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be working on behalf of a leading and renowned mobile operator in Bangladesh.

Your main responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from customers, answer their inquiries, and provide solutions to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

 Minimum HSC/Diploma qualification (students and graduates are welcome).

 Good communication and listening skills.

 A positive attitude and a willingness to help customers.

 Basic computer skills.
