📌 Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Scheduling: Plan, create, and schedule posts while maintaining a structured content calendar.
Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with online employees/assistants and ensure smooth workflow.
Community Management: Monitor pages and groups, reply to comments/messages, and increase engagement.
Customer Communication: Receive customer calls (CM) and handle WhatsApp queries smartly and professionally.
Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with influencers, models, and creators for content collaboration.
Market & Trend Research: Research content ideas, trending topics, and identify winning products.
Performance Tracking: Analyze post engagement and prepare basic reports with improvement suggestions.
Basic Video Editing: Edit short videos/reels using CapCut or similar tools.
🎯 Requirements
Strong communication skills (must have)
Must be confident, extroverted, and proactive — introverts will not be suitable for this role
Experience in managing social media accounts (preferred, not mandatory)
Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and group/page dynamics
Basic video editing skills (CapCut preferred)
Ability to work with team members, influencers, and models professionally
