
Plan and execute daily visits to a minimum of 5 international recruitment agents per day, 5 days per week.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with authorized international recruitment agents and educational partners.
Promote the university’s programs, admission requirements, and unique value propositions to agents and prospective students.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of recruitment agents and recommend improvements or changes when necessary.
Provide training and ongoing support to recruitment agents to ensure accurate communication of institutional information.
Represent the university at education fairs, agent workshops, school visits, and international promotional events.
Work closely with the admissions team to streamline the application process and ensure timely processing of international student applications.
Provide weekly reports on agent visits, student interest levels, and market trends to the Director of International Recruitment.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized promotional materials and agent toolkits.
Stay informed of international education trends, student mobility patterns, and regional visa policies.
