Overview:
Alor Shikha High School, a dedicated institution committed to holistic education and creativity, is looking for a dynamic and passionate teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to inspire students in both visual arts, basic computer education and others, fostering creativity and digital literacy from a young age.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Art and Computer Studies to students of varying age groups (typically Grade 1–8).
Encourage creativity and digital skills through hands-on projects and practical activities.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Organize student exhibitions or tech fairs where applicable.
Evaluate and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate creative and digital learning across the curriculum.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Computer Science, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Prior teaching experience in a school environment is preferred.
Proficiency in basic computer software (MS Office, Paint, basic programming tools).
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
A passion for teaching and working with children.
Creativity, patience, and adaptability.
Employment Type: Full-time (7.00 am – 1.00 pm)
