We are seeking a creative and motivated Video Editor / Motion Designer (Full-time) to join our team for content creation. This role offers you the opportunity to work on diverse projects involving video production, editing, and motion graphics for digital platforms. As a full-time team member at IBIZN, you will play a key role in shaping engaging visual content that supports our brand and marketing initiatives while growing your professional expertise in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
⦁ Edit raw video footage into polished content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
⦁ Design and animate motion graphics, titles, intros, and transitions.
⦁ Collaborate with the creative team to bring storyboards and concepts to life.
⦁ Ensure brand consistency and high-quality visuals across all video content.
⦁ Add sound design, background music, and voiceovers as needed.
⦁ Optimize video content for different platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
⦁ Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, animation, and digital storytelling.
Experience
⦁ At least 2 years
⦁ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, Digital Marketing Agency, Web Media/Blog, Creative Studio
Additional Requirements
⦁ Age 20 to 35 years
⦁ Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
⦁ Strong skills in motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
⦁ Good understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and editing techniques.
⦁ Knowledge of formats, aspect ratios, and exporting settings for different platforms.
⦁ Strong sense of design, typography, and color theory.
⦁ Hands-on experience in creating short-form and long-form video content.
⦁ Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator for asset creation is a plus.
⦁ Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.
⦁ Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to experiment with new styles.
⦁ Strong communication (Both English and Bengali) and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
