Tele Sales Officer (Promoted Ads Assistant)

Bikroy is seeking Tele Sales Officer. In this position, you will be involved in all aspects as follows in Job responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be assigned for the following responsibilities -

● Make inbound &outbound calls to prospective clients to sell products as directed.

● Curate potential leads for membership sales in locations outside of Dhaka through online search and inactive user base

● Conduct cold calls to reach the leads and establish relationship to convert to membership prospects

● Guide prospects on selecting the correct membership package for optimum results and complete membership sales targets

● Provide telephonic support to members during onboarding process, maintaining full compliance as per company policy

● Adhere to provided scripts for different topics during calls.

● Address customer inquiries while promoting services and products as instructed.

● Provide clients with accurate and detailed product information.

● Regularly follow up with existing and potential clients using the designated ERP system.

● Be target-oriented and capable of meeting assigned responsibilities to achieve daily,

weekly, and monthly sales targets.

● Meet both personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals.

Educational Requirements: Honors/Degree in any discipline (Complete/Ongoing)
