We are currently looking for energetic, motivated, and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Support and Implementation Executive (Intern).
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in software implementation at client premises or remotely
• Provide basic training and support to clients on software usage
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Prepare and maintain proper documentation of support activities
• Collaborate with the development and QA team for issue resolution
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graduated in any discipline, CSE (final year students are also encouraged to apply)
Skills & Requirements:
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of software systems and troubleshooting
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Knowledge of MS Office, networking, or POS systems is a plus
• Willingness to travel if required
