Responsibilities & Context
To supervise & execute construction of building projects including shore pile, Basement, super structure, sanitary & plumbing and total finishing works of the building as per approved drawing.
• Must be knowledge regarding both high rises building structural & finishing stage of project.
• Must be Efficiency in completing the projects with in the given time frame.
• Overseeing all the details of the Project from beginning to end till its handover.
• Responsible for total project planning projects implementation reducing the cost & wastages.
• Must be Ensure timely completion of the construction work of the project for timely handover.
• Must be Check bill and quantities of every item of work according to the original.
• Ensures all the safety codes and security of all workers, materials, and equipment.
• Oversee all utilities bill because of excessive uses of water, electricity and others.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
• Civil Construction.
• Checking quality of materials.
• Prepare Estimation of building materials as per drawing.
• Ensuring proper building construction according to the
• approved architectural Design.
• Monitoring construction work progress
• Prepare monthly progress report.
• Managing labor/sub contractor.
• Notes daily worker attendance.
