Job Summary
Urban Blocks Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive the sales of our solid and hollow concrete blocks. This is a field-based role that requires direct client interaction, regular site visits, and a strong ability to build and maintain business relationships. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the construction materials sector, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Actively promote and sell solid and hollow concrete blocks to construction companies, contractors, and project developers.
• Conduct regular field visits to construction sites, suppliers, and client offices to generate and follow up on leads.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive selling and relationship management.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for expanding market share.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities.
Requirements
• Proven field sales experience in construction materials, preferably concrete blocks, cement, or related products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
• Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and adapt to a field-based role.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (but not mandatory if experience is strong).
• Must be willing to spend a significant portion of time on-site and in the field.
