Company: Time Access (Leading Watch Retailer in Bangladesh)

Location: Dhaka (Showroom/Office)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and fulfill online orders placed through Facebook Inbox, Website, and RedX courier system.

• Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely delivery and smooth order processing.

• Communicate with customers regarding order confirmation, payment, and delivery updates.

• Maintain proper order records and daily sales reports.

• Handle customer inquiries efficiently with professionalism.

• Assist with product uploads, stock updates, and online inventory management.

Requirements:

• Minimum HSC/Graduate (any discipline).

• Prior experience in e-commerce operations, online sales, or customer support will be an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of watches and genuine interest in the industry is required.

• Strong communication skills (Bangla & English).

• Must be tech-savvy (comfortable with Facebook, Shopify/website backend, courier dashboards like RedX).

• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Employment Type:
