Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, develop, and execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives and seasonal campaigns
-Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), as well as the company website and blogs
-Be camera-friendly and confident when appearing in front of the camera
-Collaborate with designers, videographers, and influencers to produce high-quality photo and video content, including tutorials, product demos, testimonials, and reels
-Stay updated on skincare industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to ensure all content remains relevant and innovative
-Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments and fostering meaningful conversations around skincare topics
-Work effectively as a team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
-Proven experience as a content creator or in a similar role, preferably within the beauty or skincare industry
-Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a solid understanding of beauty/skincare terminology
-Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite)
-Experience using scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite
-Strong visual sense and attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-A regular habit of reading books or magazines to enhance writing skills and content quality
