Position: Customer Support Executive & Social Media Presenter

Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls professionally and courteously.

Shoot and create content (photos/videos) infront of the camera for our Facebook page.

Manage Facebook page & WhatsApp inquiries, respond to messages and comments.

Coordinate with the team for campaigns and promotions.

Assist customers in-store, show products, and explain features.

Requirements:

Smart, confident, and energetic female candidate.

Good communication skills in [English/Bangla].

Basic knowledge of social media and content creation.

Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
