
Front Desk & Reception Duties:-
Greet visitors, patients, and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and politely.
Customer Service Responsibilities:-
Respond to inquiries from patients, clients, or business partners via phone, email, and in person.
Provide accurate information about services, pricing, procedures, or processes.
Assist patients/customers with appointment bookings, confirmations, and scheduling changes.
Handle complaints or concerns efficiently, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Administrative Support:-
Maintain and update customer records, files, and databases.
Prepare and distribute daily reports, schedules, or memos.
Support office operations by coordinating with other departments (marketing, accounts, operations, etc.).
Maintain confidentiality of patient/customer information.
Coordination & Assistance:
Assist clients/patients with documentation, forms, and registration processes.
Coordinate with travel or medical departments to ensure smooth service.
Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback.
Provide support to management in organizing meetings, events, and conferences.
Other Duties:
Perform basic data entry and record-keeping tasks.
Adapt to multitasking and effectively handle both receptionist and customer support roles.
Follow company policies, guidelines, and customer service standards at all times.
