Customer Service Agent
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales & Client Relationship Manager. In this role, you will interact with UK-based clients, assist them in finding the most competitive car insurance quotes, and successfully close sales. You will also be responsible for supervising the sales and customer service team to ensure excellent client satisfaction and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with UK-based clients to understand their car insurance needs.
Research and provide accurate, competitive car insurance quotes.
Convert leads into sales through effective negotiation and customer engagement.
Manage, support, and motivate the sales and customer service team.
Ensure smooth workflow and monitor team performance against targets.
Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and client interactions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Requirements:
Previous sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Leadership ability to guide and inspire a team.
Familiarity with UK insurance markets will be an added advantage.
Target-driven, confident, and problem-solving mindset.
Compensation & Benefits:
Training Period (2 months): Stipend of BDT 8,000 per month.
Post-Training Salary: BDT 18,000–20,000 per month, based on performance.
Duty Hours: 8 hours per day, aligned with UK business time.
