🎨 Key Responsibilities:

- Create social media creatives for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook (static and light motion graphics)

- Work directly with the founders and marketing team to translate brand guidelines into engaging visuals

- Design ads, carousels, banners, posters, and campaign imagery for digital platforms

- Develop reusable design templates for faster campaign iterations

- Conceptualize and design creative slide layouts for storytelling presentations

- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs (social, web, ads, and print)

- Collaborate with the content team to simplify complex messages visually

- Manage multiple projects at the same time while maintaining quality and deadlines

- Revise and refine designs based on feedback and project requirements

- Stay updated with design trends and bring new ideas to the table

✅ Requirements:

- Strong portfolio showcasing marketing-focused design work

- Proficiency in Figma (preferred) or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

- Strong knowledge of typography, layout design, and color theory

- Experience creating ads and visuals for paid social campaigns

- Ability to design in a way that’s not only aesthetic but also results-driven

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a creative design role (agency experience is a plus)

- Strong sense of visual hierarchy and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently, take a brief, and deliver polished designs

- Access to a laptop/computer capable of running design software smoothly

- Passionate about design, with a sharp eye for detail and a love for creative storytelling
