Role Description
We are seeking a Medical Call Center Representative with a nursing background to join our Dhaka-based team. This is a full-time, on-site role.
In this role, you will:
✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, families, and caregivers.
✅ Provide basic medical guidance and service information (not diagnosis).
✅ Explain nursing and healthcare packages clearly to clients.
✅ Assist in booking appointments and coordinating home healthcare services.
✅ Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
✅ Ensure professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality in all conversations.
Qualifications
✅ Diploma/B.Sc. in Nursing (Valid Nursing Certificate required).
✅ Minimum 1 year of nursing or healthcare experience (hospital, clinic, or home care).
✅ Strong understanding of patient care, medical terms, and healthcare protocols.
✅ Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English.
✅ Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
✅ Computer literacy and ability to update records efficiently.
✅ Ability to handle calls with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Preferred Skills
✅ Experience in a medical call center, hospital reception, or nursing support role.
✅ Knowledge of common home healthcare practices.
✅ Ability to work under pressure while maintaining compassion.
