
Bikroy is currently seeking dynamic and skilled Associate/Specialist Key Account Managers (KAM) to oversee strategic client relationships across our Vehicle and Property verticals. As a KAM, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing long-term partnerships with our most valuable clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Your mission? Job Title: Associate Key Account Manager / Specialist Key Account Manager
Verticals: KAM Vehicle & KAM Property
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Conduct daily client visits to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts.
2. Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client portfolios through customized solutions.
3. Serve as the primary liaison between key clients and internal teams, resolving issues and maintaining trust.
4. Collaborate across departments to maximize revenue via up-selling and cross-selling Bikroy’s products and services.
5. Prepare and update KPI reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Present account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to vertical leads.
7. Ensure monthly/quarterly KPIs (acquisition & revenue targets) are met or exceeded.
8. Take ownership of new revenue-generating projects and drive strategic growth initiatives.
Educational Requirements:
BBA/MBA from reputed institutions; specialization in Marketing is preferred.
Experience Requirements: 2–4 years of corporate sales experience preferred from Vehicle/Property, FMCG, E-commerce, MNCs, Mobile Devices, MFS, Logistics, etc.
