The Role:

* Make outbound calls to prospective businesses to introduce our janitorial services.

* Identify decision-makers and key contacts within target organizations.

* Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our services.

* Qualify leads to ensure they meet our ideal client profile.

* Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to conduct on-site consultations.

* Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone presence.

* Proven ability to persuade and influence others.

* Goal-oriented mindset and a desire to meet and exceed targets.

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

* Familiarity with CRM software is a bonus.
