Rental Proposal:
• 25,000+23,500+12,000+7000 = 68,000 sqft(+/-) Compliance Warehouse Shed at Jamghara, Ashulia
• Owner and share persons of the Shade – 3 (three) owners
• Land Area: 217 Decimal 6.57 Bigah (+/=)
• In square feet: 65,000 sqft. Shed space in wall to wall.
• Shed & building: 65,000 sft.
• Loading - unloading space, security room, sub-station and other spaces in compliances – 10, 000 sqft. (more or less)
• Asking Rent: Total package rent Tk. 18,00 (65,000 sq.ft X Tk.17.00) = Tk. 11,05,000 (Fixed)
• Contract Period: 5 -10 Years duration
• Advance: 10 -12 Months’ rent equal (Upon Discussion)
• Advanced deduction: 6-month rent will be kept as security deposit and which will be adjusted with rent for the last 6 months of the notice period and remaining 6-month advance will be adjusted with rent for 114 months.
• Factory will be renovated by the land owner and tenant according to both parties’ discussions (within 2 months from the given date).
• Utility: 250 kva electricity will be required which is the responsibility of the tenant but the landlord will cooperate in this matter.
• All other issues will be finalized by owner and tenant.
