Open Space- 100000 to 200000 sft. ready for factory building and shed as per client requirement.
Asking Rent: Tk. 21`/- Per sft. Month (As per quality and compliance issue)
Contract Period: 5-10 Years. (Minimum 5 years)
Advance: 10 -12 Months’ rent equal (Open to discussed)
Factory will be made by the land owner according to Alliance and BNBC standard and with the instruction provided proposed company.
Total factory will be made within 2 months from the given date.
All other issues will be finalized by owner and tenant.
